Contrec’s LoadPro Load Computer Achieves MID Approval

Contrec is pleased to announce that its LoadPro Load Computer has achieved Measurement Instruments Directive (MID) approval, marking a significant milestone for the company’s flagship loading and measurement solution.

Following a comprehensive evaluation process, the technical design of the LoadPro electronic calculating and indicating device has been independently assessed and certified as meeting the applicable essential requirements of the European Union’s Directive 2014/32/EU (MID).

The examination has resulted in the award of Evaluation Certificate TC12900 Revision 0, confirming that the LoadPro system meets the stringent standards required for use in regulated measurement applications.

MID approval provides customers with confidence that the LoadPro platform delivers the levels of accuracy, reliability and performance required for custody transfer and other critical loading operations where measurement integrity is essential.

The certification process involved detailed examinations and testing of the electronic calculating and indicating device against the relevant regulatory requirements. Successful completion demonstrates that the LoadPro has been engineered to meet demanding industry standards while supporting compliance across a wide range of liquid loading applications.
