Single Arm Load Controller (Tanker Loading System)

LoadPro® functions as a high-performance preset controller within a tanker loading system, offering seamless integration with Datamod®—Contrec’s intuitive reporting software—or with most commercial Terminal Automation Systems (TAS). Its full alphanumeric keyboard supports Dual Stage, Digital Valve and Analogue Valve Control, ensuring precise and consistent delivery of preset liquid quantities.

The system accepts frequency flow inputs from both volumetric and mass flowmeters, including quadrature signals for ISO 6551 Level B pulse security. To further improve accuracy, temperature, pressure and density inputs can be applied for volume correction. This enables the tanker loading system to deliver highly accurate loading based on volume or mass preset quantities.
